Business and acceptance
Olo Book is supplied by Olo Wings, a proprietorship of Pradeep Kumar Sahoo. By installing, accessing, purchasing or using Olo Book, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or continue using the software.
Trial, licence and price
The current offer includes a 15-day free trial and an annual licence currently advertised at ₹499, unless a different price is clearly confirmed before payment. The licence is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and intended for the purchasing business. Renewal is not automatic unless an auto-renewal arrangement is clearly disclosed and expressly authorised.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may use Olo Book for lawful internal business operations. You must not resell, sublicense, share access commercially, bypass entitlement controls, reverse engineer protected portions, introduce malicious code, misuse third-party services or use the product for unlawful records or communications.
Your records and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, GST settings, taxes, employee records, payroll, permissions and business entries. Olo Book is an operational tool, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Maintain regular verified backups and appropriate device security. Do not uninstall, clear app data or replace a device before confirming a usable backup.
Current product scope
Features are those available in the released Android version. Offline-first does not mean automatic cloud backup, multi-device sync, desktop availability or statutory filing unless a released feature expressly states otherwise. Screens, workflows and compatible Android behaviour may improve over time without reducing rights already required by law.
Support and availability
Reasonable support is available through the published contact channels. We may need screenshots, version details or reproducible steps, but will never ask for passwords or OTPs. Maintenance, device limitations, third-party services and events outside reasonable control can affect availability.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payments must be made through an authorised channel. Annual access may be discontinued at the end of its paid term. Eligible first-time purchases are covered by the limited 7-day Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund or remedy required for a defective, deficient or materially misdescribed service under applicable law.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Olo Wings is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from inaccurate entries, missing backups, unsupported devices, third-party services or misuse. Any limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to applicable consumer rights and competent courts.
